AI Content & Likeness Policy

RËEL Studio uses AI-assisted tools and third-party AI providers to support artist creativity. This policy explains how AI generation works, your rights and responsibilities, and the protections in place for all creators on the platform.

Upload Certification Requirement

Before submitting any content for AI generation, you certify that all uploaded material is authorized. Specifically, you confirm:

• You own, or possess all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority for all uploaded content.
• Voice recordings, vocal samples, and audio files are recordings of your own voice or recordings for which you have explicit written authorization from the person recorded.
• Photos and images are of yourself or persons who have provided explicit written consent to use their likeness for AI-generated production.
• You are not attempting to clone, replicate, or impersonate any celebrity, public figure, or other person without authorization.

AI Processing Disclosure

Your uploaded content, prompts, and generation requests are processed through third-party AI provider systems. Current and potential providers include Replicate, OpenAI, MiniMax, FAL.AI, ElevenLabs, and similar services. By using generation features, you acknowledge that your content may be transmitted to these providers for processing.

AI-generated outputs:

• May not be unique — similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.
• May contain artifacts, rendering inconsistencies, lip-sync imperfections, or other errors inherent to AI technology.
• May be subject to restrictions imposed by third-party model providers.
• Are not guaranteed to be commercially clear or copyright-registered.

Likeness and Identity

You may upload your own likeness or content you are expressly authorized to use. You may not upload another person's face, body, voice, or identity without their explicit written consent. Unauthorized likeness use — including celebrity voice cloning, impersonation, and unauthorized use of public figures — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

AI Output Ownership

• You retain ownership of all original content you upload.
• For completed paid projects, you may retain rights to delivered AI-generated assets to the extent permitted by law, these terms, and third-party provider terms.
• RËEL does not guarantee the copyrightability, exclusivity, or commercial clearance of AI-generated content.
• AI-generated outputs may be subject to restrictions imposed by third-party model providers. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with applicable provider terms.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, licensing, or monetizing them.

Prohibited AI Uses

• Cloning or replicating the voice, likeness, or identity of any celebrity, public figure, or person without authorization.
• Impersonating any person, brand, or organization.
• Creating deceptive deepfakes or synthetic media designed to mislead or harm.
• Generating content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or extremist.
• Generating content that sexualizes minors or violates child protection laws.
• Infringing any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Using AI outputs to defraud, mislead, or commercially exploit others without lawful authorization.

Platform Rights and Content Moderation

RËEL Studio reserves the right to remove any content, reject uploads, suspend accounts, disable generation services, investigate abuse, and cooperate with legal authorities at any time. Content removal or account termination does not entitle users to a refund of paid fees or credits.

Quality and Variation

AI outputs may contain artifacts, unexpected variations, or technical imperfections. These are inherent characteristics of current AI technology and are not product defects per se. RËEL may provide correction options according to package terms and project limits. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Beta Platform Notice

RËEL Studio is currently in a development and UAT phase. Some AI features are experimental. Generation may fail or produce suboptimal results. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Your use of experimental features is at your own risk.
