Copyright & DMCA Policy

RËEL Studio respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement, how RËEL responds to valid claims, and the rights of users whose content is removed.

User Responsibility

By uploading content to RËEL Studio, you certify that you own or are authorized to use all uploaded material. RËEL Studio does not knowingly host infringing content. Users who upload infringing content are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from that infringement.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on RËEL Studio infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

Your notice must include all of the following to be valid under the DMCA:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the infringing material and its location on the platform (URL or sufficient detail to identify it).
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete or deficient notices may not be processed. Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, RËEL Studio will:

• Review the claim and evaluate its validity.
• Remove or disable access to the identified infringing material promptly.
• Notify the user whose content was removed (where feasible).
• Document the claim for our repeat infringer records.

Response time is generally within 5–10 business days of receiving a complete, valid notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

RËEL Studio maintains a strict repeat infringer policy in accordance with DMCA requirements. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content — as evidenced by multiple valid DMCA notices — will have their accounts permanently terminated. RËEL Studio reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a pattern of repeat infringement.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, RËEL Studio may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Copyright Reporting for AI-Generated Content

If you believe AI-generated content produced through RËEL Studio reproduces copyrighted material without authorization, you may report it using the same DMCA process above. Please include as much detail as possible about the allegedly infringing output and the original copyrighted work.
