This Privacy Policy explains how RËEL Studio and SoSheri Soundz LLC collect, use, store, and protect information from users of the platform. By using RËEL Studio, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address, name, username, and password.
• Profile information: artist name, genre, bio, social media handles, and profile images.
• Uploaded content: audio files, vocal recordings, photographs, lyrics, artwork, and other creative materials you submit for generation.
• Generation inputs: prompts, style descriptions, lyrics, and configuration settings used in AI generation requests.
• Transaction records: purchase history, payment amounts, package selections, and billing information (payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by RËEL).
• Usage activity: pages visited, features used, generation history, and project records.
• Device and technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and session data.
• Communications: support messages, feedback, and other correspondence submitted through the platform.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve platform services.
• To process generation requests and deliver AI-generated outputs.
• To process payments and manage billing.
• To authenticate accounts and maintain platform security.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• To send transactional, account, and service notices.
• To respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
• To improve AI generation quality and platform performance.
• To comply with legal obligations.

AI and Third-Party Processing Partners

RËEL Studio uses third-party services to deliver platform functionality. When you submit content for AI generation, your uploaded files, prompts, and generation requests may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI infrastructure providers. These currently include or may in the future include:

• Replicate — AI model inference
• OpenAI — Image and AI generation
• MiniMax — Music and speech synthesis
• FAL.AI — AI inference infrastructure
• ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis
• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Netlify — Hosting and serverless infrastructure
• Other AI, cloud, analytics, and infrastructure providers as needed

We use reasonable efforts to limit data sharing to what is necessary for service delivery. Each provider operates under their own privacy and data processing terms. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns about how your content is processed.

Important: Uploaded audio, vocal recordings, and photographs submitted for generation may be processed by third-party AI systems. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share with third-party processing systems.

Email and Communications

We may use your email to send account confirmations, transactional receipts, security alerts, policy updates, feature announcements, and service notices. Administrative and security notices may be sent regardless of your marketing email preferences. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Uploaded photos and audio files: retained for the duration of your active project and up to 90 days after delivery or project closure, then permanently deleted.
• Account information: retained until you request account deletion.
• Transaction and payment records: retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.
• Project records: retained for up to 3 years after your last activity to support customer service, disputes, and quality assurance.
• Free preview projects: retained for 30 days after generation, then permanently deleted.
• Generation logs and AI processing records: may be retained by third-party providers according to their own retention policies.

Your Right to Delete

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@getreel.studio with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Certain records may be retained where required by law, including transaction records and communications related to active disputes. Account deletion does not affect the validity of completed transactions.

Children and Minors

RËEL Studio is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has created an account or submitted personal information without parental consent, we will delete that information and terminate the account promptly. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@getreel.studio.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction described in our Terms of Use.
