Refund & Delivery Policy

RËEL Studio projects may involve deposits, balances, AI generation, previews, corrections, and final digital delivery. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Deposits and Balances

Most paid packages require a deposit to reserve your position in the production queue. Deposits are non-refundable once generation or processing has begun. Balance payments are due after your preview is complete and approved. Final assets are unlocked upon receipt of the full balance payment.

Prepaid Credits

Prepaid platform credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. Unused credits may expire according to the terms of the applicable plan or credit package. RËEL reserves the right to adjust credit pricing and generation costs with reasonable notice.

Digital Delivery

Final files are delivered through secure download links. Download links may expire after a set period for security purposes. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files promptly upon delivery. RËEL Studio is not liable for files lost due to link expiration, account termination, or failure to download.

AI Generation and Beta Features

AI generation is provided on an "as available" basis. During the current beta phase, generation may fail, produce suboptimal results, or be temporarily unavailable. Failed generations due to third-party provider issues may be retried at RËEL's discretion but do not automatically entitle users to refunds. RËEL is not liable for failures attributable to third-party AI providers, model changes, or service outages.

Corrections and Quality Pass

Every paid project includes one complimentary Quality Pass for genuine AI rendering defects — not creative preference changes. Additional corrections or regeneration requests may require a new invoice or new project. RËEL does not offer unlimited revisions.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on project status:

• Before generation begins: Refund requests may be considered at RËEL's discretion.
• After generation begins: Deposits are non-refundable.
• After preview delivery: No refunds on delivered digital previews.
• After final asset download: No refunds on approved and downloaded final assets.
• Subscription fees: Non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

RËEL reserves the right to deny refund requests for completed or delivered digital work, consistent with applicable consumer protection law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal for delivered digital services may result in:

• Immediate account suspension.
• Forfeiture of all prepaid credits and pending deliveries.
• Referral to a collections agency for outstanding balances.
• Permanent account ban from RËEL Studio.
• Legal action to recover costs, fees, and damages where applicable.
