User Responsibility

Users are responsible for obtaining rights for audio, lyrics, images, likenesses, samples, beats, fonts, trademarks, artwork, and other materials submitted to RËEL.

Takedown Requests

Rights holders may contact RËEL support with a description of the allegedly infringing material, proof of ownership or authority, contact information, and the location of the content.

Repeat Violations

Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be restricted, suspended, or removed.

Counter-Notices

Users who believe content was removed in error may submit a written response explaining their rights to use the material.
